Policies and Fees

Registration is on a first-come, first-served basis.    We encourage you to reserve early to assure availability.

To enroll, please complete our Online Registration Form,  or downloadable version.   Upon receipt, we will contact you to confirm availability, and follow up with an invoice via e-mail, based on your peferred payment method.

Deposit: A non-refundable deposit of $275 is required to reserve your space.    Balance is due by May 15.               If there is space availability after May 15,  full payment will be requested upon confimation of availabity.

Cancellation & Refund Policy:   Notification of cancellation must be given in writing, via registered mail of any type.         If cancellation notice is received by June 1st, we will 50% of tuition, lodging and meals (less $275 deposit fee).        If notice of cancellation is given after June 1st, no refund will be made.

FEES

Registration and Tuition Fees include all costs related to instruction with exception of materials.     Materials Fee, payable at on-site registration, includes instructional materials and DVD of Student Concert.   We anticipate the materials fee will be approximately $35. 

Earlybird Registration Discount:    Participants registering prior to April 1st will receive a $75 discount towards tuition.

Student Discount:   Students (college, conservatory, high school) automatically qualify for Student Tuition rate below.   

Maine music educators and musicians Discount are extended a special discount also (see below).
