Upon receipt of your Registration Form, we will contact you to confirm receipt, and follow up with an invoice via e-mail (fax or mail). PayPal, which provides option for credit card usage, can be used

Registration/Tuition/Materials Fees include all costs related to instruction.

Students (college, conservatory, high school) automatically qualify for Student Tuition rate below.

*EARLY BIRD DISCOUNT oF $100 for participants registering prior to December 31.

*  Scholarships are available, with priority given to horn players.

Deposit: A non-refundable deposit of 50%  is required to reserve your space. Balance is due by February 1,  or mutually agreed upon date.

Cancellation & Refund Policy: Notification of cancellation must be given in writing, via registered mail of any type or via email. If cancellation notice is received before February 1, we will refund tuition less 50%  deposit fee. If notice of cancellation is given after February 1,  we regret that  refunds will be not be made.   In emergency situations, Samba Meets Jazz Workshops will consider application of tuition to upcoming programs on a case by case basis, and/or a partial refund.

If costs are of concern, please contact us. We will try to be as flexible as possible regarding payment arrangements, and to find alternative housing options.
