DISCOUNTED AIRFARES

Samba Meets Jazz has arranged for discounted airfares through a private travel agency. As of December 7, the quoted rate for round trip, non-stop flight to and from New York City (night flights) was $890.  The rate is subject to change on a daily basis.

We encourage you to contact us ASAP if you seek to take advantage of the discounted airfares.

The following dates apply, depending on which trip option you register for:

Activities begin on Sunday evening, March 24, and conclude on Friday night, March 29.

PRE-WORKSHOP RIO WEEKEND:    SmJ will arrange for private van airport pick up on Saturday morning.   Of course, participants have the option of arriving in Rio prior to Saturday if they wish.
TRIP EXTENSION TO SALVADOR, BAHIA:   We will fly to Salvador, Bahia on Saturday, March 30 (10:47 am flight), and return to Rio afternoon of Tuesday, April 2 — in time for flights out of Rio to our home destinations

If you are interested in taking advantage of these discounts, we encourage you to register and contact us as soon as possible, as availability is limited, and rates increase the closer to the date of departure.

AS OF DECEMBER 7, THE DISCOUNT RATE AVAILABLE ROUND-TRIP FROM NYC TO RIO WAS $890.  Special rates will also be available for trip extension to Salvador, Bahia.
